Top SchoolAdelmo Filho is a Senior AI/ML and MLOps specialist with 10 years of experience architecting and operationalizing production-grade AI at scale across healthcare and finance. He has led delivery of 30+ AI and generative AI solutions and built two full-scale MLOps platforms, bringing deep expertise in platform architecture, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Databricks, and AWS-managed services. At Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein he integrated generative AI with EHRs to support thousands of clinicians and dramatically improved incident detection with observability tooling. Previously he drove enterprise MLOps and model catalog initiatives at Itaú Unibanco, enabling hundreds of active users and high-throughput Open Finance pipelines. Based in São Paulo and trained in engineering at KIT and via a Udacity ML Nanodegree, he combines rigorous experimental thinking from his research background with pragmatic, production-first execution. Notably, he blends hands-on implementation with team leadership—moving prototypes into resilient, monitored systems used daily by clinicians and bankers.
