Top SchoolAdem Bilican is a founder and CTO with 16 years of technical and entrepreneurial experience building mobile-first blockchain products and developer tools. He co-founded Relai, a Swiss startup simplifying Bitcoin investing for retail users, and previously founded Cansulting to help blockchain projects scale their mobile presence. His background bridges computational biology and software: a PhD in bioinformatics and postdoctoral work on large-scale RNA-seq and genome assembly gave him deep data and pipeline engineering expertise now applied to fintech and crypto. Adem has led small engineering teams, secured grant funding (notably for Elastos Unity), and shipped pioneering mobile platforms for quantum-resistant ledgers. Based in Saint-Louis, France, he blends hands-on mobile development with strategic product thinking and a pragmatic, research-rooted approach to complex systems. Outside tech he’s co-founded a café, signaling an appetite for practical, user-facing projects and teamwork beyond engineering.
