Top SchoolAdeyinka Adediji is a Delivery Director with 25+ years in IT and 11 years of documented hands-on delivery experience, known for steering large-scale digital transformation and client-server/web projects to align tightly with corporate strategy. He combines technical oversight with stakeholder management—building trust, validating design and scoping to avoid over‑promise—while embedding risk assessment and robust transition plans to maintain business-as-usual during change. Adeyinka has led multi-team agile programmes (including a £20M HMRC Customs Declaration Service) delivering APIs, messaging services and data pipelines across Microsoft Dynamics, Azure data lakes and ETL landscapes. Comfortable both in the boardroom and the code-adjacent details, he also paused his IT career to found and operationalise supported accommodation, demonstrating hands-on entrepreneurship and people-focused leadership. Based in London, he blends an MBA and an MSc in Business IT with a practical knack for translating complex requirements into timely, scalable solutions.
