Top SchoolAdib Stan is a founder and CEO with 17+ years designing and shipping production software across FinTech, InsurTech, SaaS, and enterprise platforms, blending principal-level engineering (TypeScript, Python, C#/.NET, React) with hands-on technical leadership. He built high-throughput market data and trading products—Ginses and Invaxis—and now focuses on AI-augmented engineering, building RAG pipelines, LLM-powered products, and AI agents that help teams adopt AI as a force multiplier. His career spans founding Magton and Markets.Capital, plus leadership roles at CLARK and APCOA, giving him rare experience delivering regulated, mission-critical systems at scale. Equally comfortable architecting distributed systems or mentoring teams, he emphasizes aligning technical strategy with business outcomes. A practical product-builder who maintains Magton’s open-company ethos, he often embeds domain knowledge (electronic trading, payment orchestration, compliance) into AI-driven workflows to accelerate real-world decision-making.
