Top SchoolAdil Minocherhomjee is a product-focused founder and operator based in Santa Monica who builds trust-first systems that scale, with eight years of hands-on product leadership and 15 years of broader industry impact. As Founder & Head of Product at Enkidu Chat he architected an AI-driven conversational platform using GPT-4o, Cloudflare Workers, Twilio, and D1 to help physical venues convert strangers into lasting community members while measuring “friendship conversion rate.” His prior roles span fintech, real estate marketplaces, and enterprise banking—launching 0-to-1 marketplaces, improving checkout conversion, and rolling out an enterprise document platform adopted by 10K+ users. Adil blends strategy, user research, and modular technical design (multi-dimensional identity prompts, sentiment tagging, and privacy-conscious context continuity) to align product metrics with business KPIs. He pairs an MBA from UCLA Anderson with technical training from Fullstack Academy and an MS in MIS, enabling him to bridge engineering, design, and go-to-market execution. An unusual strength: he translates social metrics into product economics, turning qualitative community signals into measurable ROI for venues.
