Top SchoolAditi Medhane is an LLVM compiler developer with six years of experience focused on high-performance compilers for PowerPC and AMD GPUs, currently optimizing system-level toolchains at IBM. She has a proven track record of upstream LLVM contributions from her time at AMD, where she fixed critical verifier bugs and resolved performance regressions in HPC workloads, delivering up to 13% speedups. Passionate about programming languages, compilers, and quantum/supercomputing, she blends deep technical rigor with a minimalist systems philosophy. Aditi pairs engineering with product-minded visual design and creative, minimalist communication, favoring explainable abstractions that scale. Based in Bengaluru, she also spends time cultivating developer communities through workshops and open-source engagement, and enjoys observing human behavior and small daily details that inspire practical improvements. Fun fact: she writes compelling fun facts and genuinely loves both the craft and the people she works with.
