Top SchoolAditya Bharadwaj is a backend-focused Software Engineer with eight years of experience building high-throughput, production payment systems and data services, most recently at Uber after impactful tenures at Amazon and Marqo. He has shipped platform-level UPI recurring payments and microservices on AWS ECS Fargate that serve millions of daily transactions and materially improved latency and payment success rates for large customer cohorts. At Marqo he led critical features like partial updates and a backward-compatibility testing pipeline that directly enabled a multi-million dollar deal and saved engineering days per sprint. He combines distributed-systems craftsmanship with hands-on ownership of infrastructure, security, monitoring, and on-call hygiene. Comfortable in both product-facing and deep-technical roles, he also brings research experience in ML and MCMC from IISc, giving him a knack for rigorous problem-solving and experimental validation.
