Summary
🤩
RockstarAditya Bharadwaj is a tech lead and researcher with seven years of experience building practical AI products that "feel like magic," currently leading mixed-initiative and research-driven engineering at B12 in Sunnyvale. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Virginia Tech where he developed crowd-AI hybrid systems and open-source tools for biological network visualization, gaining deep hands-on experience with Django, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kafka and large-scale data workflows. Earlier roles at PayPal and as a founder of VenueMonk reflect strong full-stack and product instincts, including two patent applications and a shipping codebase still in use. Aditya blends academic rigor with startup pragmatism, runs user studies to validate designs, and actively open-sources work to enable collaboration beyond his teams.
