Top SchoolAditya Bhaskar is a product-oriented Staff Android Engineer based in the UK with five years focused on building and leading development of The Guardian’s flagship news app. He combines hands-on Android expertise (Kotlin, MVVM, Room, Navigation) with a strong product sensibility honed from earlier work building consumer productivity apps and Chrome extensions with ~50k users. His background in management consulting and an MBA from IIM Calcutta gives him uncommon strength at the intersection of product strategy, user growth, and engineering delivery. At The Guardian he now drives cross-functional initiatives, translating editorial and business goals into scalable mobile experiences. Comfortable in both code and strategy, he brings a history of shipping integrations (Dropbox, Google Drive, Instapaper) and serverless backends that make him effective at end-to-end product ownership.
