Senior🎓
Top SchoolAditya Dalmia is an independent consultant and engineering leader with eight years of experience designing and building large-scale distributed real-time systems from Mumbai. He has held hands-on leadership roles—from Fractional CTO to Head of Engineering—taking technical ownership across architecture, hiring, delivery roadmaps and cost-constrained implementation for startups and product teams. His background includes low-latency, high-throughput systems at Google (Ads backends) and end-to-end real-time video and archival pipelines at Drishti, plus deployment and re-architecture work for image-similarity and recommendation systems. Comfortable both writing production backend services and shaping engineering practices, he has repeatedly reduced operational surface area while introducing pragmatic security and review processes. Known for turning ambiguous business needs into feasible technical roadmaps, he combines academic rigor (MS in CS) with a founder’s appetite for shipping infrastructure at scale.
