Top SchoolAditya Donthy is a full-stack software engineer with 8 years’ experience building enterprise-grade desktop, web, mobile, and cloud-native applications across retail and travel industries. Currently at Marks & Spencer he helps design and ship Next.js/React/GraphQL-based experimentation and checkout experiences on Azure, while previously leading teams at Trainline implementing GraphQL, microservices and AWS-backed platforms. His background spans C#/ASP.NET, Xamarin mobile apps with MVVM, and legacy desktop systems—giving him a practical edge in modernising complex codebases and integrating DevOps and architecture best practices. Comfortable across the stack, he pairs hands-on feature delivery with a focus on quality, observability and conversion-led product experiments. Notably, he has moved between greenfield cloud projects and maintenance-heavy legacy work, which helps him bridge product needs with long-term technical strategy.
