Top SchoolAditya Naitan is a Senior Software Engineer with 7 years of experience focused on building low-latency, hardware-aware eye-tracking and XR solutions at Samsung R&D Institute Bangalore. He spans the full stack from regression-based calibration algorithms that reduced gaze error by 60% to a C++ SNPE inference engine that cut model latency by 70%, and co-invented a patent improving remount accuracy by 85% using saliency-based methods. Comfortable across Python, C++, C#, Java and Unity, he bridges device-level integration (Java/JNI, camera/frame handling) with on-device model execution and comparative XR app evaluation across platforms like Meta Quest Pro and Apple Vision Pro. He’s also applied LLM fine-tuning to automate VR/AR evaluation workflows, surfacing failure modes and delivering actionable feedback to product teams. A recipient of Samsung Excellence and multiple global hackathon awards, he combines rigorous engineering with an experimental, research-minded approach to immersive interfaces. Based in Bengaluru, he enjoys collaborating with engineers and product leaders to push the boundaries of eye-tracking, AR/VR, and AI-driven interaction.
