Top SchoolAditya Punjani is a senior engineering leader with 13 years of experience designing high-performance front-end and full-stack platforms, currently leading generative UI work on Microsoft Copilot. He has a strong track record at consumer-scale companies—Airbnb, Instagram, and Flipkart—where he drove web and mobile performance, media infrastructure, experimentation, and major product launches, including India’s first progressive web app. Known for deep expertise in UX, browser internals, devtools, and reliability engineering, he blends hands-on architecture with people leadership to scale teams and systems.
