Top SchoolAditya Rastogi is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer based in Barcelona with nine years of experience building production ML systems that span data pipelines, models, and front-end integrations. He has shipped end-to-end solutions—from a 30M-event Postgres feature pipeline and synthetic RL simulators to recommender systems, survival models, and contextual bandits that drove measurable engagement and revenue in digital health. Comfortable across the full stack (Python and Vue.js), he recently owned production systems at a stealth AI startup and previously integrated fine-tuned LLMs with custom function-calling for mobile apps. His background blends rigorous research (IIT Kharagpur, UBC, Sydney) with practical engineering, including bespoke DAGs to avoid framework lock-in and simulation-driven benchmarking published in KDD venues. Colleagues describe him as curious about the algorithms enabling perception, reasoning, and action—and skilled at turning that curiosity into reliable, scalable product outcomes.
