At WebEngage he has worked on the Android SDK and customizable end-user features—implementing MVVM apps with Room, Firebase Crashlytics, REST APIs, push notifications and background schedulers—to improve product stickiness through automation. Previously a technical SPOC at Atos Syntel, he bridged Android and iOS implementations, maintained project-management tooling and developed RESTful services while adapting Jira workflows to client needs.
