Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolAditya Shantanu is an engineering manager with nine years of experience building low-level and distributed systems across Google and Microsoft, now leading GKE AI/ML agent workload scalability from Redmond. He has deep expertise in file and storage systems, operating systems, and platform abstraction—having helped run SQL Server on Linux (SQLPAL), led Android Auto media experiences, and built supply-chain tracking services for Google’s Titan chips. Aditya pairs hands-on systems engineering (C/C++, OS and storage work dating back to internships and TAC support) with product and people leadership as a Principal EM and an MBA from Chicago Booth. He’s comfortable operating at the intersection of hardware-aware software and cloud-native orchestration, translating embedded and VLSI-rooted thinking into scalable cloud services. Colleagues rely on him to take ownership of complex, cross-team systems that require both architectural rigor and operational pragmatism.
