Top SchoolAditya Vaja is a senior platform engineer with 13 years of experience building high-throughput, on-prem and cloud-native analytics systems, currently driving platform and infra work for VMware’s NSX Intelligence. He brings strong fundamentals in distributed systems and a pragmatic UX sensibility inspired by Don Norman, emphasizing developer productivity and clear context when designing solutions. At VMware he’s led efforts across ingestion, TSDB, streaming, and Kubernetes migrations, including API-driven SDK generation, operators, and mTLS/auth plumbing for multi-site deployments. Earlier roles involved deep observability, OpenStack integrations, and performance tuning at scale, giving him a knack for finding bottlenecks across the full data path.
