Top SchoolAdiyat Mubarak is a pragmatic backend engineer with 11 years of experience building and scaling financial and marketplace systems across Indonesian tech companies. He specializes in designing resilient microservices, approval/workflow engines and lending platforms, moving projects from spreadsheet-based MVPs to production-grade services using Go, Python, PostgreSQL and messaging systems. At eFishery he evolved an MVP approval engine into a company-wide loan origination system and led cost-saving consolidation during Nomad→Kubernetes and AWS→GCP migrations. He has a strong track record of automating manual processes—cutting approval SLAs from weeks to hours—and raising test coverage and monitoring to improve reliability. Technology-agnostic by philosophy, he focuses on choosing the right tool for the problem and delivering measurable business impact. Based in Jakarta, he pairs hands-on implementation with cross-team collaboration to launch product-critical backend services.
