Top SchoolAdrian Del Grosso is a Staff Software Engineer based in Denver with 10 years of experience building embedded firmware and full lifecycle software for safety-critical, autonomous off-highway vehicles and enterprise infrastructure. He blends computer engineering depth—from silicon bring-up and real-time controls to cloud and data center deployments—with practical security and systems administration experience gained as a consultant. At CNH Industrial his code runs on thousands of vehicles worldwide in products like Hawkeye and RCM, and he previously delivered autonomous controls at Trimble. He excels at translating multidisciplinary requirements into robust, auditable solutions, having led a NASA-funded multispectral imaging project as an undergraduate. Comfortable across hardware, firmware, networking, and cloud stacks, he brings a rare cross-domain perspective that helps avoid boundary-driven failures in complex systems.
