Top SchoolAdrian Hofman is a Senior Software Engineer based in Melbourne with 12 years of professional experience and a 9+ year track record of delivering full-stack solutions on time and to customer expectations. He has progressed from gameplay and low-level C/C++ systems to leading teams building large-scale integrations, APIs and cloud-hosted test infrastructures, demonstrating strong architectural discipline and capacity planning. Adrian has repeatedly improved team performance—doubling sprint velocity as a team lead—and established practices like code review cadences and Architectural Decision Registers to raise visibility and quality. His background spans desktop MFC/WPF, .NET interop (C++/CLI), SQL Server, AWS automation, and high-throughput data solutions, revealing comfort across both legacy systems and modern cloud stacks. Colleagues rely on him for pragmatic design, clear technical documentation, and hands-on delivery through the full SDLC. An early games-technology education and varied roles from studios to enterprise fintech give him a rare blend of low-level performance focus and production-grade software delivery skills.
