Top SchoolAdrián Moreno is a senior software engineer with 8 years of experience building pragmatic, user-focused products and a strong advocacy for TDD and small iterative delivery. He has delivered end-to-end systems—from RESTful APIs and async notification pipelines to accessible React components and event-driven data processing with Apache Flink—while prioritizing measurable user impact. Comfortable across frontend and backend stacks (Python, Vue/React, C#), he led a team building BBVA’s mobile app and later drove product engineering at an Industrial IoT startup where he shipped tooling that saved customers hours of manual work. He emphasizes clear communication with product and design, simple architectures that scale with teams, and practices that reduce over-engineering. An early co-founder of an indie game studio, he brings an entrepreneurial mindset and product-market sensibility to engineering trade-offs. Based in Madrid, he combines hands-on delivery with a knack for aligning teams on architecture and quality.
