Top SchoolAdriano Fantini is a software development manager and former physicist with a PhD in Earth Science and Fluid Mechanics, combining 11 years of experience in data science, numerical simulation, and software engineering. Based in Veneto, Italy, he leads software teams at Higeco More, translating complex spatial and HPC-driven research into production-grade systems for renewable energy and utility-scale control. He is fluent in R and Python for spatial data analysis, comfortable administering Linux/HPC environments, and proficient across JS/TS, Lua, SQL and git for product development. His background in climatology and hydrology informs pragmatic, research-grade approaches to modeling and control, and he frequently bridges customers, suppliers, and engineering teams. Colleagues describe his code as practical "duct tape and zip ties"—focused on resilience and delivering results rather than perfection.
