Top SchoolAdviti Mishra is a Software Engineer 2 at MongoDB in New York, blending backend systems work with product-minded engineering after a University of Michigan computer science degree and a business minor. With three years of experience, she has shipped optimizations across MongoDB Server, Atlas, and now focuses on the MongoDB Agent, having previously implemented a recursion-to-iteration technique that simplified Mongoid logic used in production. She pairs hands‑on technical contributions with community and startup experience—resurrecting MHacks, mentoring builders, and evaluating impact startups as an investment partner. Comfortable spanning analytics, marketing, and product, she brings a writer’s curiosity to engineering, regularly communicating ideas through journalism and a personal blog. Notably, her work emphasizes developer ergonomics and scalable design choices that reduce complexity for future contributors.
