Top SchoolAgata Zaremba is a founder and seasoned engineering leader with 14 years of experience building large-scale distributed systems, ML infrastructure, and consumer-facing analytics at companies like Uber and Netflix. She holds a PhD in computer science and has led cross-functional teams delivering high-throughput traffic, ETA, and geospatial data pipelines used by cities, product teams, and researchers. Today she invests in and builds organizations at the intersection of AI, mental health, and child development, translating technical rigor into ethical product and research practices. Her current venture, Minds In Formation, focuses on proactively shaping how AI affects children’s attention, emotional regulation, and identity—an interest rooted in her own experience as a parent. Agata pairs deep systems expertise (Kafka, Spark, Cassandra, real-time APIs) with mindfulness teaching and a scientist’s mindset, making her equally comfortable in engineering, policy-influencing investment, and public-facing advocacy. Colleagues describe her as a pragmatic builder who brings technical depth to questions of long-term human flourishing in the age of AI.
