Top SchoolAgnieszka Stec is an IT Analyst with six years of experience translating business needs into clear system requirements and process designs across finance and software firms. She has progressed from junior developer work on MSSQL and T-SQL to business and system analysis roles, specializing in user stories, BPMN process modeling, and cross-team communication with Dev and QA. At ING Polska and earlier at Billennium and X-Code she combined hands-on functional support and documentation with product-owner collaboration to deliver pragmatic, auditable solutions. Comfortable bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders, she also brings practical testing and Jira reporting experience that helps close the loop from requirement to delivery. Based in Białystok, Poland, she pairs a public administration bachelor’s background with postgraduate computer science study, which gives her a rare blend of process thinking and technical literacy.
