Top SchoolAgustín Negrín is a backend-focused software engineer with nine years of experience building and leading server-side architecture across startups and product teams in Venezuela. He has led backend departments at Modu LLC and Kompii, driving scalable, efficient systems and mentoring teams to consistently deliver high-quality software. Currently at Heuristyc, he continues to design robust backend solutions while blending his electrical engineering background with practical software craftsmanship. Comfortable across full-stack duties earlier in his career, he pairs hands-on coding with a systems-oriented view of performance and reliability. Known as a coder by passion and problem solver by nature, he brings a pragmatic, collaborative approach that turns complex requirements into operational outcomes. An often-overlooked strength is his formal training in electrical engineering, which gives him a unique perspective on low-level systems and optimization.
