Top SchoolAhamed S is a mechanical engineer based in Abu Dhabi with two years of hands-on experience in rig maintenance and project coordination for ADNOC Drilling, specializing in mud systems, mast structures, welding inspections, and safety-compliant maintenance of drilling rigs. He pairs technical field expertise with managerial experience from roles leading operations and strategic initiatives at GTech µLearn—where he steered 30+ projects, implemented OKRs, and managed budgets and audits—and executive positions at IEDC and campus incubators. Comfortable bridging shop-floor execution and organizational strategy, he consistently produces job cards, rescue plans, and detailed daily reports to keep complex maintenance programs on schedule. His background also includes formal training in mechanical engineering and pre-executive statistics from IIM Ahmedabad, reflecting a blend of engineering rigor and data-informed decision making. An interesting facet: he has moved between startup/innovation ecosystems and heavy-industry operations, giving him a rare dual perspective on process-driven engineering and agile project delivery.
