Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolAhmad Arif is a pragmatic project manager and former game developer with 11 years of experience leading product and engineering teams in Indonesia, currently driving HR platform projects at PT. People Intelligence Indonesia. With a background as a founder and CTO, he blends hands-on coding knowledge—particularly in game programming, ActionScript, and AI—with product delivery and team coaching. He has built distributed Java web systems and online learning platforms, and routinely bridges technical strategy with practical execution for payroll, attendance, and payroll tax solutions. Ahmad’s mix of academic training from ITB and entrepreneurial experience means he’s as comfortable prototyping game mechanics as he is managing cross-functional delivery timelines. Notably, he keeps an active curiosity—“working on something very interesting”—that fuels continuous experimentation beyond his day-to-day PM role.
