Senior🎓
Top SchoolAhnjae Shin is a Cloud Team Lead based in Palo Alto with 8 years of experience designing and building disruptive, production-grade MLOps and cloud systems. He architects scalable, distributed platforms from first principles—examples include a custom Resource Manager (Crane) and an AutoML framework (Hippo, VLDB 2022)—and now focuses on monitoring, serving, and visualization for ML workflows. Hands-on in Python (asyncio, typing) and Angular, he values documentation, automation, and early technical-debt management as core parts of system design. His background spans web apps, human-robot interfaces, and even mechanical design and visual branding, reflecting a rare blend of software, hardware, and product sensibilities. Ahnjae enjoys building teams that can invent new tooling rather than rely on off-the-shelf solutions, and he has a track record of creating frameworks and extending existing ecosystems (ORMs, FastAPI middleware, pytest/mypy plugins).
