Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolAidan Mcalister is a Full Stack Developer based in Boston with three years of hands-on experience building production web apps, developer tools, and technical content. He blends front-end craftsmanship (Remix, TypeScript, Tailwind) with backend integrations (Prisma, GraphQL) and has shipped reusable component systems and complex CRUD surfaces that improved developer velocity and product adoption. At Prisma he scaled critical infrastructure (create-db), led a 400+ page documentation rebuild with SEO and monitoring in mind, and created data-driven dashboards and UTM standards used in weekly reviews. He also grows communities and tooling—having expanded Prisma’s Discord past 10,000 members and launched Claude/Anthropic integrations now used daily by his team. Known for pragmatic problem-solving, he pairs design-minded UI work with operational fixes like rate limiting and CI reliability to keep systems healthy as they scale.
