Top SchoolAinu Helguera is a Founding Software Engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience building scalable web platforms and developer-facing infrastructure from Argentina. He has led front-end and full-stack efforts at fast-moving companies (Mad Mobile, Miro, Booking.com) and helped evolve internal BaaS and notifications platforms to improve developer experience and operational flexibility. Ainu combines product-minded engineering—running rigorous A/B experiments at Booking.com—with deep platform work, including migrating teams from serverless to Kubernetes-based microservices. He has coached and taught modern web stacks (Node.js, React) at university and training programs, reflecting a long-standing commitment to developer enablement. As an early-stage engineer and technical leader at startups, he repeatedly shaped architecture, hiring, and product direction, often as one of the first technical hires. Based in Vicente López, Buenos Aires, he pairs pragmatic system design with a bias for shipping measurable, user-focused outcomes.
