Top SchoolAisling Brock is a senior multidisciplinary interaction and UX designer with 11+ years’ experience crafting user-centred digital products across public and private sectors, currently shaping HMRC’s online payments and forms. She has led mobile-first features that helped HMRC’s app grow into a primary channel with high user ratings, and has driven service design, accessibility and GDS-aligned standards across complex government programmes. A prolific writer and communicator, Aisling pairs hands-on UI craft and front-end experience with a curiosity-led research practice that surfaces real human needs. Her work on pandemic-era services and cross-border trade tools shows she thrives on high-stakes, impact-driven projects.
