Senior🎓
Top SchoolAjay Kedare is a Senior Test Engineer based in Pune with a decade of IT experience and 4.5 years focused in hands-on QA roles delivering end-to-end testing across Agile and Waterfall projects. He designs and builds automation frameworks from scratch using Selenium WebDriver, Java and TestNG, and has driven CI/CD adoption with Jenkins to sustain a 95%+ UI test pass rate. Ajay reduced regression cycles for a global ERP from 30 days to 5 by automating full test packs, blending functional, API (Rest Assured) and performance testing (JMeter) to surface bottlenecks early. Experienced in test planning, requirements analysis and stakeholder reporting, he also mentors junior engineers and creates utilities to streamline testing workflows. Quietly curious (his GitHub bio reads simply "Nub :)"), he pairs pragmatic problem-solving with measurable delivery improvements across complex enterprise systems.
