Top SchoolAjay Kumar is a founder-CEO and full‑stack software entrepreneur from Meghalaya with 8+ years of experience building web and mobile products, leading TechSoul and founding Shillong Institute of Information & Technology. He blends hands-on development (including projects like Electron 4 PHP and a high-performance PHP framework) with product strategy and agile delivery, having expanded from early computer assembly into software, web design and government collaborations across India, Singapore and the US. Ajay has shipped diverse solutions—from CMS and cPanel integrations to sports technology and planned shop management and e-commerce platforms aimed at Indian SMEs—demonstrating a knack for pragmatic, market-focused engineering. His background spans roles in IT operations, ethical hacking and client-facing account management, giving him both technical depth and operational credibility. Less obvious: he began entrepreneurship at 16 and leverages that early grit to prioritize service excellence and long-term client relationships.
