Top SchoolAjay Yadav is an SDE-II with 10 years of experience building high-throughput, cost-optimized backend systems, currently at Microsoft after leading large-scale engineering at Tokopedia. He specializes in Java, Go, Node.js and C++, and has driven production services that send billions of promotional notifications monthly while cutting infrastructure costs by 44% and saving six-figure amounts from vendor and cloud migrations. Ajay has deep experience in distributed systems, campaign orchestration and analytics—having designed a SQL-like segmentation engine and a market-ads deep-link service that generated measurable revenue. He pairs strong algorithmic foundations from NIT Kurukshetra with hands-on system design and a bias for measurable operational improvements, like improving push delivery rates and automating recurring campaign workflows. Based in Noida, he combines pragmatic ownership of end-to-end services with a continuous learning mindset and a track record of delivering both performance and cost efficiencies.
