Top SchoolAjitesh Singh is a Senior Software Engineer with 9 years of experience building high-throughput search and geocoding systems, currently working on Ola Maps and recently joining Coupang. He has hands-on expertise in designing realtime ingestion pipelines, reverse geocoding with geohashes and Elasticsearch, and optimizing autocomplete services to handle >1M RPM while cutting P99 latencies from 220ms to ~80ms. His background spans backend services, data pipelines (Kafka, Apache Beam), and fintech-grade microservices, demonstrating both deep system design and product impact—such as migrating Ola Businesses off Google Maps and reducing CPT at Dunzo. Ajitesh regularly drives performance improvements, leads design reviews and mentoring, and has a track record of rapid promotion for delivering MVP-grade outcomes. Based in Bengaluru, he codes primarily in Python/Django and JavaScript but operates at the intersection of data, search, and scalable service architecture. A less obvious strength is his pattern of building developer productivity tools (result comparison tool, audit logs) that accelerate teams as well as products.
