Top SchoolAkbarsha M is a CTO and seasoned engineering leader with 11 years of experience building production-grade AI/ML and full-stack systems from India. He specializes in architecting LLM-driven workflows—RAG, LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning, hybrid inference—and turning experimental models into reproducible, monitored production services with robust MLOps and CI/CD. His background spans mobile, SDK, and backend platforms (Android, Unity3D, React, iOS) from early product prototypes to large-scale architectures at BYJU’S, MPL and PayU. At Grovio AI he leads a safety-conscious engineering organization focused on measurable performance and operational reliability. Unusually for a CTO, he combines deep hands-on multi-platform engineering with formal MTech-level training in AI, enabling both strategic vision and implementation detail.
