Top SchoolAkbolat Sadvakassov is an Android Engineer with around 10 years in software development and nearly 7 years focused on Android (Java and Kotlin), experienced in leading teams and shipping complex multimodule apps. He has led Android efforts at VistaCreate and ONE Technologies, driving feature development, large-scale refactors, and CI/CD pipelines while coordinating closely with iOS, backend and design teams. His work spans modern Jetpack tooling (Compose, MVVM, Navigation, Paging, Room, WorkManager), Coroutines/Flow, Clean Architecture and Kotlin-first codebases, plus proven experience in performance-sensitive apps like mobile banking and multimedia editors. Earlier in his career he bridged game and 3D content development—building with Unity and Unreal Engine and producing 3D art—bringing a rare combination of graphics/animation intuition to mobile UX and custom animations. He’s participated in Telegram’s Android contests, doing deep refactors of large code areas and earning recognition, and maintains a public GitHub and StackOverflow presence. Based in Almaty, Kazakhstan, he combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership and a knack for turning legacy code into maintainable, testable systems.
