Senior🎓
Top SchoolAkeem Philbert is a senior software engineer and founder with over a decade of experience building web and cloud-native systems, now focused on helping accountants and small-to-medium businesses tame their financial data through WeOS. He blends hands-on engineering (Go, JavaScript, REST/GraphQL), DDD microservice architecture, and TDD with product design practices like design sprints and BDD to turn messy bookkeeping into actionable insights. As a former principal consultant and tech lead, he scales teams and processes—using Scrum, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Terraform, and observability tooling—while mentoring developers and running day-to-day operations. His background as a minority business owner informs a founder-first perspective on risk and resilience, and his recent MSA in Accounting uniquely bridges domain expertise with technical execution.
