Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolAkhilesh Negi is an AI-focused software engineer with eight years of experience building reliable backend systems and production AI/ML features for NGOs and social-impact products. He combines hands-on expertise in Elixir/Phoenix, backend architecture, and CI/CD with practical ML work—RAG, fine-tuning, vector search, prompt tuning, observability and automated evaluation—to deliver deployable solutions that non-technical teams can use. He has led small engineering teams, standardized practices, and translated stakeholder needs into roadmaps and measurable dashboards using BigQuery and R. Comfortable across consulting and engineering roles, he’s as likely to mentor cohorts and run bootcamps as to prototype multi-model AI ideas and evaluate emerging providers. Based in Uttarakhand, he’s driven by using simple, innovative technical fixes to amplify NGO impact at scale.
