Top SchoolAkshat Gupta is a founder and technology leader with 7 years of experience building AI-first products that automate hiring and operational workflows. As Co-Founder & CEO of Expert Hire he architects AI interviewers, resume-scoring and credit-based SaaS used by universities and enterprise recruiters across the US, India, Philippines and LATAM to cut screening workload roughly in half. Previously he scaled engineering operations at LegalForce—leading global teams of 50+ and launching cross-border engineering offices—then spun up two startups that moved from voice bots to interview automation. He combines hands-on full‑stack development and DevOps with GTM, fundraising and partnerships, having delivered solutions for 30+ clients via Peritys and led developer evangelism at Agora. Notably, his product work blends real recruiter expertise with ML-driven structure to improve fairness and readiness for students entering placements. Based in California and originally trained at VIT, he’s as comfortable coding prototypes as he is negotiating enterprise partnerships.
