👤
SeniorAl Chayan is a Principal Software Engineer based in Dhaka with over a decade of hands-on experience designing and delivering high-traffic web and mobile systems. He leads and mentors large engineering teams (50+), guiding architecture, microservices, and performance optimization across domestic and international projects including Telenor, MyGP Bangladesh, and Shoparu. Certified in Laravel, Zend, and SQL, he blends deep PHP/backend expertise with emerging interests in generative AI, prompt engineering, and Web 3.0—applying these to practical product work rather than purely experimental demos. Known for taking technical ownership from architecture to launch, he has a track record of cost-effective, scalable deliveries and has led government- and enterprise-grade systems such as an employee KPI platform.
