Top SchoolAlan Jackson is a Technical Program Manager in San Francisco with 11 years of experience building hardware-software products at the intersection of smart buildings, IoT, and real estate technology. He combines a Mechanical Engineering background and hands-on CAD/Revit/MEP expertise with software engineering skills in Node.js/JavaScript to drive large-scale sensor deployments and analytics pipelines. At WeWork he led the largest IoT rollout the company had undertaken—securely connecting thousands of devices and processing over 100 million events—and has since carried program leadership into roles at Proxy, Datadog, and Google. Comfortable translating between architects, construction teams, and cloud engineers, he excels at integrating physical systems into scalable digital platforms. Outside of work he founded openRevit.com and brings a practical sustainability focus and a curiosity for building-performance analysis to product decisions.
