Top SchoolAlan Maldonado is an engineering manager and former lead software engineer with eight years of experience building secure, cost-efficient web platforms and developer workflows from Zapopan, Mexico. He leads small teams through client-facing agile delivery, translating real-time requirements into well-estimated features while improving UX and the development lifecycle. Technically versatile, he has shipped Golang APIs and GraphQL, complex DB optimizations for MongoDB/Postgres, CI/CD pipelines, and front-end systems in TypeScript/React, often tightening performance and deadlock resilience. Alan combines product-minded engineering with hands-on infrastructure work on AWS, Firebase and Cloudflare, and has a postgraduate degree in Data Science that informs his current focus on AI-driven financial tools. He routinely balances security stewardship with pragmatic innovation to reduce costs and accelerate delivery.
