Summary
🤩
RockstarAlan Pearce is a Berlin-based software engineer with 11 years of experience, known for a direct, recruiter-averse stance and a practical, independent approach to work. He combines a seasoned engineering background with a preference for autonomy and selective collaboration, often favoring project fit over broad visibility. Comfortable in European tech hubs, he brings deep hands-on experience that likely spans backend systems and product delivery even though public profiles are intentionally minimal. His low-profile GitHub and concise public presence suggest he prioritizes impact and craftsmanship over self-promotion.
