Summary
🤩
RockstarAlan R is a seasoned software leader and co-founder with eight years of hands-on experience building and scaling multi-tenant SaaS platforms and high-traffic e-commerce systems. As CTO of Mentorfy he drives architecture, AI orchestration, and DevOps for a customization-first platform that supports isolated mentor workspaces, real-time workflows, and automated outreach across WhatsApp, email, and web. His background spans frontend-to-backend delivery—Next.js, React, NestJS, Prisma, Supabase Postgres and Redis—plus a track record of cutting operational overhead by 60% through automation and observability. Previously he led performance and checkout redesigns for Brazil’s largest retail and healthcare clients, improving conversion and Lighthouse scores dramatically. Known for mentoring engineers and establishing engineering culture, he combines product-focused UX sensibility with pragmatic infrastructure decisions. Fluent in delivering measurable business impact, he often surfaces non-obvious wins like API reduction and multi-region connection pooling to boost reliability and cost-efficiency.
