Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolAlan Voiski is a Staff DevOps Engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience modernizing infrastructure, CI/CD and reliability practices across startups and large enterprises. He blends deep multi-language development (Golang, Java, Ruby, Python, JS) with SRE and DevOps leadership, automating deployments, observability and security for hundreds of microservices. Alan has repeatedly cut deployment times and on-call load by building opinionated self-service platforms, tooling and IaC migrations (Troposphere to Terraform) that improved developer velocity and cost predictability. He mentors engineers, drives standards and auditing, and has led resilience and testing initiatives that scaled to thousands of automated tests. Based in Minas Gerais, Brazil, he brings a rare full-stack infrastructure perspective shaped by both enterprise architecture work and fast-paced startup delivery. An understated strength is his knack for pragmatic tooling—CLI, lambdas and small orchestration pieces—that deliver outsized operational gains.
