Top SchoolAlasdair Robertson is the founder and lead data scientist of i-three analytics, bringing over 8 years of focused experience delivering independent, whole-force policing analytics that translate complex operational datasets into actionable strategy, prevention and accountability. He combines public sector statistical training and hands-on change management to help police leaders, PCCs and partners make defensible decisions in high-scrutiny areas by emphasising interpretation and judgement over tools-for-the-sake-of-tools. His work spans advanced data science, simulation, efficiency analysis and business modelling, with a track record of generating multi-million pound efficiencies and practical evaluation frameworks. Based in Maidstone, he also serves on local advisory and trustee boards, reflecting a commitment to community and governance beyond consultancy.
