Albert
Summary
👤
SeniorAlbert Ling is a seasoned system engineer based in Shanghai with nearly a decade of hands-on experience designing and operating Windows-centric and cloud-hosted infrastructures. He has led CloudOps and IT operations at companies like Daniel Wellington and now Green Dot, blending Active Directory, SQL Server, Dynamics, and Intune management with AWS and Azure platform reliability. Albert is practical about automation—building PowerShell, Power Automate, and serverless tooling to cut costs and accelerate incident response while maintaining high SLAs. He also designs business-facing automations on the Power Platform and Microsoft Teams to streamline workflows beyond pure ops. Earlier roles in technical support and implementation give him a strong troubleshooting pedigree and bilingual customer-facing experience in English and Chinese. Colleagues rely on him for pragmatic, security-conscious infrastructure standardization and fast on-call remediation.
