Top SchoolAlbert Serrano is a Principal Program Manager Lead at Microsoft with two decades of product development experience and a proven knack for turning struggling projects into high-growth services. He combines expertise in cloud, big data, ML/AI and privacy to build analytics-driven products—most notably leading Desktop Analytics and Endpoint Analytics from zero to ~20M monthly active devices in under 18 months. A strategic planner and cross-organizational operator, he has led large v-teams across business groups to democratize data, shape company-wide compliance policies, and implement GDPR practices for complex telemetry. Known as a coach and thought leader, he prioritizes customer-centric, growth-mindset teams and mentoring the next generation to leverage diversity and technology for positive impact. Less obvious: his career blends deep technical program delivery with product adoption growth tactics (e.g., converting millions of users) and operational policy design, making him equally fluent in technical architecture, privacy governance, and go-to-market scale.
